THE FUTURE OF OUR HEALTH

The Healthy Churches 2030 Virtual Conference builds the capacity of congregations, families, and communities to reduce the impact of health disparities. Our theme this year is ‘The Future of Our Health.’ We are preparing our attendees to experience good health now and for years to come.

The conference equips individuals and faith-based organizations to take personal responsibility for choices and decisions affecting one’s health and family members. Moreover, the conference provides education and strategies to faith-based organizations to deliver programs and services that heighten awareness about chronic diseases, treatment innovation, clinical trials, and overall wellness.

The Healthy Churches 2030 Virtual Conference is a one-of-a-kind experience that brings together congregation members and leaders, public health professionals, patients, and caregivers for three days of education, sharing, and inspiration.
